Heather Ruddell, MA, LPC, LMFT
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In 2014, I earned a Master’s degree in Couples and Family Counseling through George Fox University. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Family Studies from Corban University. I have experience in working with individuals, couples, and families, and I enjoy working with people from all walks of life.
I believe in the ability for people to become socially, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually well when given a safe place to work on personal goals. I work with couples to build a deeper bond that is better prepared to withstand the demands of life. I help families understand how each person affects the other and how these automatic patterns can be upgraded. I also work with individuals seeking to conquer issues from the past or present. Together, we can explore the past in order to bring healing and a renewed sense of understanding and purpose to the present.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an effective way to process a traumatic experience. Ask me how it works! You can learn more at www.emdr.com
